- When a work is booked using our TRADESAFE 100% guarantee service, both the Buyer and Seller are protected
- A job is created and quoted, the scale of work and price are accepted.
- The buyer deposited funds are securely held in escrow until all work has been completed to a satisfactory standard.
- Only when the job has been completed will the funds be released.
- If there is a dispute over the quality of the service supplied we have review the work completed and if no resolution can be reached we have an INDEPENDENT Building surveyor make an inspection and provide a legal report on the work. ($100 each from the buyer/seller).
- The work is completed to an acceptable standard , funds released.
- The work is in need of extra work to bring to an acceptable standard. (funds released on completion)
- The work is of substandard and can not be remedied (funds returned)
